On Free, search/hook limits hit at the daily cap and reset at midnight UTC. Boards and saves block at the cap — nothing breaks, nothing disappears.

Do you offer refunds?

No, but Pro has a 3-day free trial. Once a subscription starts, charges aren't refundable. Cancel any time to stop renewal — you keep access until cycle end.

How fresh is the data?

Scores and baselines recomputed daily, and view counts on recent videos refreshed daily. Discovery runs on a rotation — each niche re-scraped weekly — so a brand-new video typically enters the index within a few days of posting.

Is the Chrome extension free?

Yes — on every plan including Free. Niche Score overlay is universal. Pro+ unlocks the Creator Score overlay too.

When does Agency launch?
