Account
You must be 13+ to use ViralVault. One person per account on Free/Pro. Agency plan allows 5 team seats.
Acceptable use
Don't scrape our API beyond your rate limit. Don't resell data. Don't try to break things. Use the platform like a normal human.
Subscriptions
Billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Renews automatically. Stripe sends a renewal receipt to your billing email when each charge succeeds.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime from /account. Every paid plan ships with a free trial (3 days on Pro / Agency, 1 day on the standalone Extension) — cancel before it ends and you won't be charged. We do not issue refunds for charges after the trial.
Referral program
Every account gets a referral link. When someone signs up through it, we attribute the referral for 30 days from the click. First touch wins — if two links are clicked, the first one is credited.
Qualification. A signup alone earns nothing. Your friend receives their Scout credits once they have actually used ViralVault, and you receive yours once they start a paid subscription. Rewards are settled automatically, usually within an hour of qualifying.
Limits and abuse. A maximum of five referrals per referrer per day earn a reward. One reward per real mailbox — address aliases (name+tag@, and dots on Gmail) resolve to the same mailbox. Referring yourself, creating accounts to claim rewards, buying signups, or posting your link to coupon and deal sites disqualifies the referral and may close your account.
Clawback. If a referred subscription is refunded, charged back, or cancelled inside its first billing period, we may reverse the corresponding reward. Scout credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or redeemed for money, and expire if the account is closed.
Affiliate program
The affiliate program is not open yet. You can join the waitlist at viralvault.studio/affiliate. Applying places you on that list and creates no partnership, no commission entitlement, and no obligation on either side.
Commission rate, attribution window, payout schedule, minimum payout threshold and clawback rules will be published on this page before the program opens, and accepted partners will be asked to agree to them at that point. Until then, no commission accrues on any traffic sent to ViralVault.
Liability
Standard SaaS limitation: liability capped at fees paid in trailing 12 months. We're not liable for content decisions you make based on Outlier Scores.

We update terms occasionally. Material changes are posted at this URL and noted in the next product update. Latest version always at viralvault.studio/terms.
